What's Inside

A concentrated liquid extract of Hoodia gordonii in a natural tincture base, standardized for P57 content.
Each 20ml bottle contains approximately 40 doses at the standard serving of 0.5ml (10 drops).

How to Use

Place 10 drops (0.5ml) under the tongue 20–30 minutes before meals or when cravings arise.
Hold for 30 - 60 seconds, then swallow. Use up to twice daily. 
Can be added to a small amount of water if preferred.
