Our Products

Are your products 100% natural?

Yes. All Vitara Essence products are formulated with pure, plant-based ingredients. No artificial preservatives, synthetic fragrances, or harmful additives. Where applicable, products are vegan and sulphate-free.

Are your CBD products legal in South Africa?

Yes. Our CBD products are SAHPRA-compliant and third-party tested. They contain CBD within the legally permitted thresholds for over-the-counter wellness products in South Africa.

How do I use sea moss gel?

We recommend 1–2 tablespoons of sea moss gel per day. It can be added to smoothies, juices, teas, or taken directly. Store in the refrigerator and use within 3–4 weeks of opening.

Can I use your products if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

We recommend consulting your healthcare provider before using any of our products during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery within South Africa takes 3–5 business days. Express delivery takes 1–2 business days. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over R750.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to selected international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties may apply.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused, sealed items. Opened consumable or skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Please see our full Refund Policy for details.

What if I received a damaged or wrong item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@vitaraessence.co.za with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
